Today I got the below email from BSNL regarding new portal.

1. In our continuous endeavour to serve our customers better, Chennai Telephones is migrating to new IT platform called CDR-Based Billing platform wherein whole set of new features and functionalities will be made available to our esteemed customers.
2. Customers will experience some changes from the existing practices and few changes for online payments and portal are shared below. These changes will be effective from 23rd January, 2012. Please feel free to contact us at billchn@bsnl.co.in or call to 1500 in case you face any difficulties

Very Eagerly I tried the new website to do the payment for my telephone bill and I got the below error.
Really fed up with BSNL technical guys.
Since I am a technical guy, I don’t understand how these guys do testing before launching a website to public to access. BSNL is having a good programming team and with this team they can compete with other telecom providers effectively.
